Well I downloaded the forms module and was installing it following the installation guide from here. I got down to where we have to specify the database in the web.config file. I wanted to use SQL Server as the database so I went down to the section where it explains how to set it up as we can see in the below screen shot.

I got down to step three where it mentions to run the “databaseinstall.sql” script on the newly created databas(Formsdata). So I went looking for the SQL file but it was nowhere to be found. I looked on the site, the forums and couldn’t find anything. I ended up logging a support call to Sitecore.
I got a reply from them and I was told that the SQL file is in “\sitecore modules\forms\data viewer\sqlserver" folder. Had a look and there it was.
So if anyone out there is looking for the “databaseinstall.sql” file, you know where to look for it.

By the looks of it I have finally created the Blog that Phil has been bugging me about since we started the Sitecore training..
Since this is the first post and all I’ll say a little about me.
I came to Wellington, New Zealand late 2001 from Iran. Have been here since. Did a year of college here and went to Victoria University straight after. Did a conjoint degree of BSC & BCA there.
Started at Datacom Systems once I finished my degree. Have worked on different projects and different programming languages here. It has been a good experience.
I did the Sitecore training and became a certified Advanced Sitecore Developer some time in Feb and have been developing with Sitecore since.
So yeah thats my story.
Well anyways, I’m not such a great writer so don’t be expecting that much from me, I’m just mainly going to post up my experiences with Sitecore and problems I face that I fix and probably just random posts every now and then.
That’s me for now!
